The QIKPAC battery isn’t working…what’s the problem?

QIKPAC batteries will enter Sleep Mode if they have been discharged too far to protect themselves from being irreparably damaged. This feature extends the lifespan of the battery fivefold. To exit Sleep Mode, simply connect the battery to a charger and it should start charging and wake up. If you have just received the QIKPAC battery, then it is in Sleep Mode. You can awaken it either by charging it or pressing and holding the orange button for five seconds. Certain red LED combinations can also mean the battery has identified a fault. Our datasheet provides a full list of LED functions to help identify the issue. Please first make sure the battery is at room temperature, shortpress the orange button and attempt to charge. If the red LED remains, contact us for further assistance.
