OE Electrics supply VGA cables in 5.9′ (1.8m), 9.8′ (3m), and 16.4′ (5m) lengths. We recommend that the total cable length from source to screen should be no more than 24.6′ (7.5m); this includes the cable used to connect the screen to our unit.
A VGA booster/amplifier can be used to increase the maximum cable length. Or, alternatively, a VGA to ethernet adapter could be used. In theory, this solution should mean that there is an unlimited cable length.
