Do you accept returns of QIKPAC batteries?
It is a legislated requirement for transporting Lithium Ion batteries that they be packaged in UN certified packaging – e.g. the packaging in which the QIKPAC batteries are delivered. It must always be recognised that whilst safe to use, Li-ion batteries always have a very small risk of thermal runaway, albeit as little as 1ppm or less – and in this regard, a customer should carry out a risk analysis for their specific application, taking into consideration installation (avoiding contact with flammable materials), use (avoiding impact damage or squashing) and maintenance (accessibility in case of need for removal).
